I had considered taking an introductory Aikido class at Nippon Homa Aikido in Denver and “Aikido for Life” was written by the main instructor. There are some philosophical aspects as well as techniques. Homma Sensei has been commended by the United Nations, Colorado Governors, Mayors and City Council and many other leaders internationally for his humanitarian efforts around the world.
