After reading through the program I thought hey I think this might work. I just wanted you to know how my progress is going and that your program is truly genius! It’s tough, but the results speak for themselves.
Luckily, for the rest of us, there’s KTA. When I first received my 1 CoC gripper I could barely get it to parallel, after 6 weeks into KTA I could close it with each hand on a consistent, after KTA I can close for triple rep sets and can get my 2 to parallel with my left hand and past parallel with my right hand, it is a great program, though you will feel like killing yourself sometimes because it’s repetative, it will garner you GREAT results in crushing power!
So I decided to try KTA. Next, I got my girlfriend to watch. You should have repetitions in the tank when you are finished. It is quite similar to Patton’s theory of war-brutal, direct, and to the point.
The negatives are NOT severe negatives. Only one proyram hard training, and my strength was better than the starting point. Respectfully submitted, Sean M. The week cycle is six days of workouts, then one day rest.

For me personally, without the principles of this program, I would have never become a Certified Captain of Crush the 51st Captain of Crush. Week 3 Target is singles. I am now a True student of KTA! It’s a negative crush! The extreme focus and dedication required in KTA have redefined my ideas of proper training.
High load means most of the reps performed using prograam load higher than your goal.

After doing overcrushes progra a Beyond the Range BTR gripper for awhile, you will feel like you are “stopping short” when you feel the handles slam together with a normal gripper. Thanks again for the program! I know I didn’t. My forearms gained size considerably, which was an interesting side benefit.
However, remember to always try and add load and or volume every workout. What made pdogram from being able to close the 2 to beating the 3 was the KTA Program. A comprehensive, step-by-step way of building the type of strength it takes to close big grippers- 3 and beyond! Within a week I was closing it for multiple singles and sec. He couldn’t believe it. I don’t know for sure but I think I was the first guy on this forum to try it, and I had great results from it!
My son last weekend shut the 2 right handed and tonight he got it left handed.
Everything I tried failed. The stronger your thumb, the better the base for the handles and the less likely you are to lose leverage due to the handle moving prkgram when closing a gripper. You do not need the KTA program to get strong. UrbanApr 13, You alternate the negatives with overcrushes OC.
